well this sucks. It looks like I'm going to have to replace the charger for my laptop because it's not working when I plug it in and it's something I really can't afford to not have. Guess I'm going to have to find a way to get the money for it.

Ugh. This sucks, especially since I use this for all of my schoolwork.

Damn! That happened to me. It was still under warranty, but it took like a month and a half for the company to replace it. I ended up buying a universal charger, but got that on the same day as I got my replacement charger. Lol. I had to keep taking my battery out and putting it in my flatmate's computer to charge it (we have the same model laptop) and then I'd only have just under 2 hours at a time. *sigh* It was frustrating!!!! (and her battery had stopped working. And even if it had worked it only lasted like 15 minutes)

So yeah... =)

Yeah problem is i don't know anyone with the same model of laptop, so I wasn't able to do any of the troubleshooting steps they suggested.

Actually I managed to get HP to send me a replacement.

Next laptop I get is a mac. srsly.

I keep fearing I'm going to lose the part of mine that comes off so I can use the extension.
