DR WHO TV NOTICE

Just a heads up, folks.

Series 4 of Dr. Who begins TONIGHT at 8pm on Sci-Fi Channel with Voyage of the Damned (featuring the delicious Kylie Minogue!) followed next week by Partners in Crime, the first official episode of Series 4 featuring Catherine Tate from Runaway Bride reprising her role as Donna Noble (and not being nearly as annoying, thank the gods).

Thought I'd let everyone know!

Technically speaking it would be the 30th season of Dr. Who this year, but it's the 4th series of the current relaunch featuring David Tennant as the 10th Doctor.

Unfortunately, it appears that Sci Fi will be editing the episodes even more than in past seasons.

That's what DVR is for. It automatically picked it up, along with the S4 premier of BSG and episode 2 of The Sara Jane Adventures. Course, due to the snow, our dish was obscured (by being loaded with about 2" thick of snow) during the second half of BSG, so we had to re-enable the recording of the later showing of it. After I took a broom and cleaned it off, of course. (:
