So, apparently And One is not playing on any of the VNV Nation tour dates from June 19th to June 30th.

What this means is my motivation for even wanting to go to the show at El Corazon on the 30th is lessened. I really wanted to see And One :(

update: someone at andonefans posted the email she recieved on the mailing list:

AND ONE will not play the Shows between 19 to 30 June 2007 in the USA! There will be the BODYPOP FULLTIME SHOW (US Version) in a few month for the People at West Cost [sic] and East Cost [sic] instead!

The Statement for canceling will follow in a few days...

So apparently a lot of places are still listing them as touring with VNV. I would have to assume this is a very recent decision and the other places just have not updated yet (including the Metropolis Records website).

Hmmm, El Corazon's calendar is still showing And One on the bill for the 30th.

The only information I got was from someone over at andonefans. No confirmation as yet. This was just announced this morning, apparently.

I found nothing on And One's website about this. Then again, it hasn't been updated since last year.

Personally, I'm not sure I want to endure a night of VNV nation, just to see And One, whom I've already seen. So I'm fairly certain I'm going to pass on this one.

This better not be true. VNV is cool and all but I've seen them more than a handful of times and I'm still not too keen on their latest album; it's And One I really want to see this time around.

Yeah, exactly. I'm glad I haven't bought a ticket yet.

However, if And One is going to be launching a Bodypop US tour, I'd rather save money and go see that. I'd rather see them as a headliner than a supporting act.

Last time I saw them, in LA, they were great fun. But bah. They best not be a no show for the VNV show.
