For all of my friends who are paid users, LJ is giving people 3 days of paid time due to the outage last week.

Why aren't they just crediting every paid account? I think it's kind of crappy that they have set it up so that you have to find out about it, and go through the process of "claiming" that time. So for everyone who doesn't know about it, oh well, too bad. That's dumb.

It would be a nice customer service gesture if they had just done it. The way they have set it up is kinda skeezy.
